4MyCiTy is recognized as a public charity under Internal Revenue Code section 509(a) and has 501(c)(3) status. 4MyCiTy is registered in the State of Maryland and run by a volunteer Board of Directors. Donations to 4MyCiTy are deductible and donors should consult their tax adviser for questions regarding deductions. A copy of the 4MyCiTy determination letter is available upon request. All donors immediately receive a receipt for their tax records.
