4MyCiTy® is recognized as a public charity under Internal Revenue Code section 509(a) and has 501(c)(3) status. 4MyCiTy® is registered in the State of Maryland and run by a volunteer Board of Directors. Donations to 4MyCiTy® are deductible and donors should consult their tax adviser for questions regarding deductions. A copy of the 4MyCiTy® determination letter is available upon request. All donors immediately receive a receipt for their tax records.
