At 4MyCiTy, we are dedicated to advancing environmental sustainability, with a special emphasis on the sustainable management of food to minimize organic waste. Our initiatives are designed to mitigate the negative environmental impacts of organic waste while simultaneously bolstering food security for families in our community. Furthermore, through our 4MyCiTyU! program, we are committed to driving economic and personal development by providing job training and mentorship in sustainable practices and community service, enhancing our community’s resilience and self-reliance.

Eco-Friendly Product Development: We design and produce sustainable, compostable products that replace single-use plastics—supporting zero-waste goals while creating local jobs and training opportunities.
Technology Implementation: Leveraging our 4MyCiTy mobile app, AI, and blockchain-based incentive systems—along with real-time data tools—we enhance connectivity, track impact, and scale our mission with greater transparency and efficiency.

Since our founding in October 2018, 4MyCiTy thrives on the energy of a small team of part-time staff and a nationwide network of passionate volunteers. What sets us apart is our leadership: a volunteer Board of Directors, guided by our Founder and Executive Director, drives a community-first vision. This collaborative spirit ensures every decision reflects our commitment to real impact.

Central to our mission is 4MyCiTyU!, a vibrant job training and mentoring program designed for youth. Here, mentees don’t just participate—they lead. Empowered as facilitators, they work alongside dedicated adult mentors who inspire them to unlock their potential and spearhead change in three key areas:
